The "Tone Secret" amp is Two-Rock's homage to one of the most iconic amps of all time. This 50/100 Watt head features a Cascading Gain Stage that gives you the thick/rich lead sound that is sought by so many. Plugging into the TS1 is something all players should experience, the harmonics, the compression...it just makes you want to play guitar. Despite it's array of tonal switching options the TS1 is a very simple amp. It's 3 band EQ features the standard compliment of Bright, Mid and Deep switches to further shift the tone.
The Lead Channel on this amp is truly the star of the show, the Lead Gain and Master allow you add an additional cascading gain stage that is tuned to work with all the controls. While it can take some experimentation, once you find a Lead sound that works with your guitar and hands you may find that your overdrive pedals are no longer necessary. Speaking of pedals the TS1 is the only current amp in the Two-Rock line that has an onboard Tube Buffered Effects Loop, with independent Send/Return level controls (with independent bright switches) so you can quickly throw your delays and reverbs in the loop without worry.
This is only scratching the surface of what the Two-Rock TS1 is capable of, but having played many amps in our day the staff at High Voltage Guitars believes it's one of, if not, the best amp being made today.
