Shipping and Returns

High Voltage ships guitars and amps via UPS to the continental United States. All orders are shipped fully insured with signature required (non negotiable).

Returns:

You have 48 hours to decide if you want to return your instrument/amplifier.
Contact us for a return authorization (RA) before sending anything back.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Item must be shipped back within 5 business days.
The instrument must be in original condition with all paperwork and packaging.
We charge a 5% restocking fee for all returns.
We'll inspect it and then refund your money (usually within 3-4 business days).
To avoid any shipping issues we recommend shipping your return fully insured, we will not be responsible for giving a refund if your item arrives damaged.

Shipping:

We take care when packing your order.
Expect delays due to high online order volume.
All shipments will be sent Signature Required.
We recommend using a UPS pick-up location if you won't be home.

Damaged Instruments:

If your instrument/amplifier arrives damaged, contact us immediately.
Take pictures of the box, damage, and any other details.
We'll send you a return label and replace the instrument/amplifier (if possible) or give you a full refund.

International Shipping:

We will ship to most countries, but contact us for a quote.
You may be responsible for duties and taxes upon arrival.
We have some restrictions on what we can ship internationally.
