This 1979 Fender Stratocaster comes from our friend and YouTuber, Robert Baker and is a stellar example of a late 70's Strat. As you can see, this thing is in killer shape. There is some light play wear throughout but overall this guitar is pretty clean. Electronics are all original (despite having a DiMarzio sticker and paperwork in the case) and the majority of what came with the guitar as new are included. Various paperwork is found in the original case, along with the original trem cover and arm.
Sonically this thing sounds like a late 70s Stratocaster. It's bright and snappy! The action is set low but it plays well and is ready for someone to set it up to their liking. The neck itself is a classic C shape and is pretty slim in the hand. Want to keep it all original and treat it as a collectors item this is a perfect piece to add to your collection. Or, if you want to mod it out just like all the guitar players of the era, you can do that too! Either way this is one cool Stratocaster!
