A hard to find beauty! This reissue of a 1955 Les Paul from the Gibson Custom Shop is a cool tribute to "Burst Conversions". This guitar is spec'd out with a pair of Humbuckers instead of P-90 pickups. The finish a lovely faded Cherry Sunburst, and seeing as it's made to simulate a conversion it has an offset maple top.
The necks on these guitars are very unique and one of the reasons they are so sought after, it's a really interesting shape that's exclusive to these models. It's pretty chunky but features a shape that is almost a soft V profile to it. It's a very comfortable neck for those that like a slightly larger profile.
All in all it's in great shape and despite having some scratches and slight dings around the body edge.
Includes Black Gibson Custom Shop case and COA.
