Guitar Pedals
The pedal selection at HVG isn't random. Every brand on the floor connects back to how we think about signal chain: transparent where transparency matters, character where character is the point, and nothing that compromises the amp you worked hard to find.
Mythos Pedals is Zach's own brand, built in Nashville, and it anchors the collection. The lineup covers overdrive, fuzz, octave, treble boost, and analog chorus across a range of circuits that were designed with boutique amps specifically in mind. The Big Puft, Chupacabra, Mjolnir, Envy, and Fates are all current stock; the Argonaut, Argo, Cestus, and both Hephaestus and Golden Fleece fuzzes round out the range.
Vemuram is the other pillar. The Japanese-built Jan Ray, Shanks, Spiritone, Budi-G, and Butter Machine are among the most sought-after boutique drive pedals available, known for how well they interact with the front end of a good amp rather than overriding it.
For wah, we carry a focused selection of Dunlop's upper-tier variants: the Mick Ronson Cry Baby, the CAE Wah, the Custom Badass Dual-Inductor Edition, and the Crybaby Classic.
If you're building a rig around one of the amps we carry, the pedals here were selected with exactly that pairing in mind.
